On March 29th, 2024, Moore Development Group’s construction division achieved a remarkable milestone by pouring one of the largest continuous monolithic foundation slabs in Miami history. The monumental pour spanned 28 continuous hours, from Friday evening to Sunday morning, involving a staggering 10,200 cubic yards of concrete. This immense volume of concrete was delivered by 1,200 truckloads, placed with precision by six boom pumps.
